CANSVision holds sensitive information about children in care, so protecting it is built into every part of the tool.

In Microsoft's UK data centres, inside the Microsoft cloud platform.
Your organisation remains the data controller. StablePath Ltd, the company behind CANSVision, acts as processor under a written Article 28 agreement, and provides a Data Protection Impact Assessment to support your own.
Staff authenticate with their existing organisational accounts. Access is controlled by role and scoped to your organisation. Activity is logged, with access records available on request.
Reports are generated on request and emailed to the person who asked for them. No copy is kept in CANSVision, so the report lives in your own record, under your own retention rules.
Where an assessment is facilitated by a partner organisation, access and reporting are scoped so results reach only the authority responsible for the child.
Simple pricing in bands by number of users, with no charge per child and no limit on the number of children. Set so that a single children's home or a small agency can afford it. Get in touch and we'll give you a figure for the size of your service.
